1. Open the JSON Backup template file
2. Copy and paste it into Notepad
3. Replace the following terms:

LINE 7: UPADDRESS => with the one you want to recover (ex: 0xe11999eCae4C2Cd5E719577f71fAE32D5f6BC4d0)
LINE 14 & 30: CONTROLLER => with your main controller (ex: 0x1C9C57BE1F3A59e360AF9f505924e4136ebC6484)
LINE 31: THEPRIVATEKEY => with the private key of the controller

4. Save the file as .JSON
5. You can now import your profile from the UP browser extension.
